RIQAS Blood Typing EQA Programme – Cycle Starts January 2025

The RIQAS Blood Typing Programme will run at a frequency of two challenges, quarterly across a 12-month period. The samples will be supplied in a liquid ready-to-use format. Suitable for both manual and automated systems.

Monitoring of blood typing assessments to ensure an accurate determination of ones blood type is essential to minimise the possibility of complications during blood transfusion, organ transplantation or pregnancy.

Comprehensive yet easy to interpret report
Suitable for use on both manual and automated methods
Report turnaround time of less than 72-hours
Liquid ready-to-use samples
Suitable for use in Clinical Laboratories, Blood Banks and Blood Transfusion Centres
Regular performance review from two patient samples
