Paving the Way for Tomorrow's Sports Stars

Randox support over 70 sports clubs at Ulster University, including basketball, GAA, hockey, football, and athletics.

The partnership between Randox and Ulster University began in 2017 and officially transitioned into a student sports sponsorship in 2018.

This partnership, which commenced in 2017, highlights Randox’s commitment to fostering talent and supporting the development of young athletes. With a history of innovation and dedication to improving healthcare diagnostics, Randox is thrilled to extend its support to Ulster University’s sports programs, nurturing the sporting stars of tomorrow.

Randox has been at the forefront of the diagnostics industry since its formation in 1982. As the largest healthcare diagnostics company in the UK & Ireland, Randox employs over 2,100 staff and dedicates up to 25% of its turnover to research and development each year. This commitment to innovation ensures that Randox continues to deliver cutting-edge diagnostic solutions across a range of sectors including hospitals, clinical, research and molecular labs, food testing, forensic toxicology, veterinary labs, and life sciences.

Partnership Highlights

Inception: The partnership began in 2017 with Randox supporting a GAA tour of China, part of Ulster University’s engagement in key international markets.

Formal Sponsorship: In 2018, Randox officially began its student sports sponsorship at Ulster University.

Support Provided: Randox supplies kit and equipment for over 70 sports clubs across Ulster University’s four campuses. This includes individual and team sports such as basketball, GAA, hockey, football, athletics, and more.

Investment in Equipment: Randox’s investment has enabled the installation of world-leading performance analysis equipment at the university, enhancing the training and performance of student athletes.
